| Eligibility Criteria |
- The couple must be between the ages of 18 and 49 on the date of the marriage registration. and both the husband and wife must have registered their places of residence in Yesan on the resident register. If only one of the parties to the marriage has an address in Yesan registered as his/her place of residence, the other party must register an address in Yesan as his/her place of residence within 30 days in order to be eligible.
- Multicultural families can apply if the Korean spouse has an address in Yesan registered as his/her place of residence on the resident register and the foreign spouse registers an address in Yesan as his/her place of residence within 180 days.
